<p><span>Recently, Monica started a soccer and leadership academy in Chicago that provides girls ages 8-16 in underserved communities premier soccer training, academic assistance and valuable life skills that will foster their growth and empower them to reach their full potential as athletes and students.</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Having the opportunity to participate in sport can change the course of a young girl's life, instill confidence and most importantly inspire her to reach her full potential. </strong></span></p>
