It has always been wonderful working with yoga folks who are in tune with their bodies and of course reminds me of all my darling clients from Yoga Fusion back in DC.

After a long wait for licensing to be completed Naomi is happy to announce she's able to begin seeing clients. Naomi took advantage of the wait time to create a serene and inviting space at her home office in West Seattle.

The studio will be under new ownership as of 4/1/11.
More details will be forthcoming however please know there are currently no available appointments left unless there is a cancelation.
All clients will receive an email with recommended therapists and local highly qualified medical professionals such as Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists and more.

Face of America The Face of America Bike Ride is a 120 mile bike race from DC to Gettysburg to raise money and support for our wounded warriors. I am a US Marine Corps wife and I have seen first hand the challenges our service men and women face. Those involved with the race hope to create camaraderie and honor those who give everything to our country.
During my husband’s recent deployment to Afghanistan, several of his comrades were injured and three were killed. I am riding this race in their honor. I would appreciate any support you care to give.

They run after-school programs in low-income schools and teach health and wellness classes at shelters and public housing facilities. Their mission is to help children and adults lift themselves out of poverty.
]]>My heart goes out to folks in this condition and as much as I want to be able to say "Yes! I'll see you - come in today or tomorrow" I can't because my current schedule is fully booked for several weeks out.
To address this issue I have decided to institute on a trial basis of 6-8 weeks Emergency Fridays starting December 1st, 2010. This means you will no longer be able to book an appointment online on Fridays as they will be reserved for those in dire pain.
If you are in severe pain you should call, email or text me to set up an appointment for that Friday. There will be an additional cost for this service. All rates will be billed at time and a half.
Please, if you are not in severe, acute pain do not request an appointment as you will then take the opportunity for relief away from someone else who will really need it. I will also reserve the right to not see you if the situation is not an emergency.
If you're not sure what constitutes an emergency please contact me.
Thank you all and I hope this is a solution everyone will find fair. During the trial period I am open to all suggestions and comments.
