    Penetrates the fascia and superficial muscle groups to create longer term relaxation effects relieving muscular tension at its core.

    Slow, specific movement between bone surfaces which allows the joints to be released for increased range of motion.

    This technique introduces movement to restricted joints generally resulting in improved flexibility and comfort when performing routine, daily activities.

  • trigger point therapy



    Specific, focused pressure is slowly applied over a trigger point, or hypersensitive area of the muscle, until the tissue barrier releases and the trigger point is inactivated.

    This manual therapy technique is used to decrease muscle tension, spasms and pain caused by trigger points.
